Return & Refund Policy

Need to return your boots? No problem, we offer free returns within 30 days if your boots are undamaged and unworn (you’re allowed to try them on, just not outside). We offer a year’s warranty on our boots if they show any manufacturing issues.* This also applies to boots that are unworn, so make sure you give them a full inspection before you head out onto the pitch. If you believe there to be an issue with your boots, please send a picture with a description of the problem to: customer.service@sokito.com

For customers outside of the UK, international returns are available within 30 days, but you will need to cover any postage fees.

*Manufacturing issues are determined at Sokito’s discretion and do not include general wear and tear.

How do I return my boots?

Not fitting quite right? Don’t worry, we've made returning your boots easy.

Just head to our returns portal and enter your order number and postcode.

You’ll just need to tell us what was wrong with them for us to approve the return, and then confirm your return method.

For international returns, please send your boots to the below address and ensure your package includes your name and order number:

When will I get my refund?

Once our team has checked over your boots, we'll issue your refund.

Don't worry if you don't see the money straight away: depending on your bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank statement.
