A one-piece upper construction with additional padding and a stitch-and-turn collar for greater consistency and support throughout the foot.

Kaizen is a Japanese philosophy - the relentless pursuit of improvement through small, deliberate changes. It's the right name for this cleat. Not a reinvention but a precision upgrade.
